I was hired to provide video production services to a public speaker by creating a series of engaging promotional videos to promote the client’s public speaking business.

Keith Rasey has been training and speaking for years. He wanted short videos that he could use to promote his public speaking endeavors. The idea behind the videos was that they would be a resource to show a little bit of what he brings to the table, and would allow potential clients to see his expertise in play.

The creative process was fairly straightforward. Armed with what the end result should look like, I recorded 4 entire training seminars to mine for clips.

The Post-Production process was much more involved than the shooting stage. I had to sync the footage from two cameras and audio from an independent microphone, find the best angles and select the clips that would convey the most information without giving everything away. I shared initial cuts of the the videos with Keith for approval, and for suggestions for small changes. I made the appropriate edits and was given the approval to finish the project.

The final videos are hosted on my Vimeo account/page with an easily shareable link that Keith can use to embed on his own website. He is also provided a digital copy formatted for sharing online that he can host wherever he would like.
